The industrial vacuum cleaners of the FORNOVAC line are compact and versatile, suitable for all suctioning needs. Ideal for cleaning hot ovens, these particular vacuum cleaners are equipped with a kit of accessories specially designed to withstand high temperatures up to 200°C. The vacuum cleaner, as well as the supplied nozzles, are equipped with a special fire-retardant coating, which allows the operator to work in complete safety without the risk of getting burned.

An additional safety system is represented by the NOMEX fabric filter, fireproof and resistant to high temperatures. The incandescent embers are then deposited in a tank filled with water, which extinguishes any incandescent residues and further breaks down the flours and preparations dust. In addition to cleaning high-temperature equipment such as ovens and pellet stoves, the FORNOVAC vacuum cleaners can perform any other cleaning task in the food industry, supported by a stainless steel tank, ideal for maintaining the high hygiene standards required in the food industry.

The FORNOVAC configuration can be combined with both single-phase and three-phase vacuum cleaners. The former are ideal for non-continuous use in bakeries and pastry shops, while the latter are perfect for a more intensive use in supermarkets with delicatessen section and industries which make bread products.
