Since 1968, we have been producing industrial vacuum cleaners with love and dedication. The first vacuum cleaners that came out of our workshop today count about 50 years of service and most of these are still in operation. Despite the robustness of our vacuum cleaners, the life cycle of an industrial vacuum cleaner depends on numerous factors: first of all, on the type of use, then on periodic maintenance and finally on the timely replacement of spare parts that may be damaged or no longer working.

For over 50 years, RIBO has been supporting its customers by offering a prompt assistance service thanks to a warehouse that is always supplied. For this, we are able to carry out minor repairs and replacements of spare parts within 48 hours. By identifying the vacuum cleaner via the serial number, our customer service is able to trace the model and year of production, so as to be able to find exactly the perfect spare part for that type of vacuum cleaner. Alternatively, for very dated or discontinued vacuum cleaners, we offer spare parts compatible with the customer’s vacuum cleaner model and equivalent in effectiveness.

If the repair costs are not convenient compared to the purchase of a new vacuum cleaner, RIBO offers a subsidized discount for the purchase of a new vacuum cleaner in the face of the scrapping of the used one. In these cases, especially when the delivery times of the new vacuum cleaner are longer than the supply of simple spare parts, on request we are able to provide our customers with a borrowed vacuum cleaner to continue with production and minimize downtime machine.
